Okay...so...we see these commercials all the time here in Japan and when I ask "why does this drink make you pee?", no one can really give me an answer. I will find the answer for you...give me a day or two!!
This drink is a sports drink, like Gatorade, (and really good...we all drink it!!), it's for a good "healthy balance" and is for all the members of the family...mom, dad, brother and little one. In the summer beacuse it's so humid and we sweat something terrible, this drink is great to replenish your body!!!
But...the commercials...though funny to watch, hard to understand!!! :-D

There are about 27 different kinds of wrong about that entire video. But it's hilarious.

You were right. I watched most of it, but had to leave and go pee.
When I was in Japan I sat and watched TV for hours even though I couldn't understand a word of it, simply because their commercials are so bizarre.
I love using classic art for entertainment. The Mona Lisa is quite versatile too!
